The aim of this project was to create an outdoor event in time for Christmas for Zero Carbon Building, with low carbon emission at the centre of its theme. Whilst the festive season is often associated with producing a lot of waste, we wanted to turn this stigma around by upcycling waste building material into a Christmas tree display, creating a playful and festive display area for people to celebrate the festivities, while still being considerate to the environment.
